The apartments range in size from 565 to 1,352 square feet and will be situated on the upper three floors. Each unit will feature a balcony or porch. The ground floor will contain 74 parking spaces, the leasing office, a fitness center, and other common space. The project is located in East Nob Hill, at the intersection of Silver Avenue and Sierra Drive.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/02\/Platinum-Apartments.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-325510 alignright\" title=\"Platinum Apartments\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/02\/Platinum-Apartments.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Designed by Environmental Dynamics Inc., Platinum Apartments is planned to receive platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council\u2019s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program. The project was officially undertaken by a limited liability company. The developer is Golden Spike Development, said developer Rick Goldman, a pioneer in Nob Hill redevelopment.
