\"\"<\/a> Coastal Construction Group will be in charge of construction at the second tower of the Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences<\/a> condo project. The same company was assigned to build the first tower in 2013, according to the developers.<\/p>\n

The two towers of the luxury waterfront project \u2013 developed by affiliates of The Plaza Group and The DevStar Group \u2013 will have 25 floors each, with a total of 468 two-, three- and four-bedroom residences and penthouse units. The formal groundbreaking for the south tower is scheduled for mid-February, and the north tower, which is currently under construction, is slated for completion this summer.<\/p>\n

Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences is the first luxury high-rise and full-service marina\/yacht club development in Miami-Dade County in the past 20 years. The 14-acre waterfront site is located in North Miami Beach at 172nd Street and Biscayne Boulevard, just off the Intracoastal Waterway.<\/p>\n

Coastal Construction Group operates in 11 markets with experience in commercial, hospitality, single and multi-family residential, educational, government-related facilities and disaster recovery projects. Currently involved in 27 projects in South Florida, the company has worked on more than 50 hotels and resorts in Florida so far.<\/p>\n

The project\u2019s marina and yacht club will offer 112 slips with mooring for yachts in excess of 90 feet. Further amenities include butler service, infinity-edge pool and hot tub, fitness center, a spa with treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room and workout studios, a news caf\u00e9, club room with bar, billiard table and 100-inch-plus TV, children\u2019s playroom and teen lounge. The development will have secure, gated-access with 24-7 valet service. Prices for residences start in the low $800,000s.<\/p>\n
