KSQ Architects has acquired the property and will move its 47-person staff there after an extensive renovation.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 216 N. Elgin Ave. in Tulsa\u2019s Greenwood Historic District, the 28,000-square-foot building takes its name from the Gates Hardware store it once housed. On the 14,000-square-foot first floor, one of two tenant spaces will be occupied by a sports concept brewpub from McNellie\u2019s Group and Marshall Brewing Co.<\/p>\n<p>KSQ itself will take the Gates building\u2019s entire second floor, relocating its office from 406 South Boulder Ave. Highlights of the renovation will include an overhaul of the concrete and masonry structure, as well as upgrades to the parking area and the building\u2019s fa\u00e7ade.
