The sellers did not disclose buyer or sale price, but the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nashvillepost.com\/news\/2014\/12\/22\/franklins_dwell_at_mcewen_sells_for_811m\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Nashville Post<\/a> <\/em>identified the new owner as Dallas-based Crow Holdings. The same source reported the sale price as $81.1 million, or $219,189 per unit, falling below Southern Land\u2019s record-breaking sale of Elliston 23 a few months ago, but still landing among 2014\u2019s top transactions. Elliston 23 broke all Nashville records, fetching the all-time high per asset price of $95.1 million and the per-unit record price of $287,300, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.multihousingnews.com\/cities\/nashville\/95m-sale-of-elliston-23-breaks-all-records-in-nashville-apartment-market\/1004102127.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">as previously reported<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_315176\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/12\/Dwell-at-McEwen21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-315176\" title=\"Dwell at McEwen\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/12\/Dwell-at-McEwen21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dwell at McEwen<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Developed in two phases by Amstar and Southern Land, Dwell at McEwen opened the 258-unit phase one in 2008 and the 112-unit phase two earlier in 2014. Community amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool, outdoor fire pit, two state-of-the-art fitness centers, private gardens and elevator access.
