For owners, asset managers, property managers and leasing agents, the answers to those questions will guide strategy this year. The outlook appears to be broadly positive, as economic growth fosters improved real estate fundamentals.<\/p>\n

To size up the year ahead, CPE invited a variety of experts\u2014including economists, analysts and advisory practice leaders\u2014to share their views.<\/p>\n

INDUSTRIAL: Quiet Overachiever<\/strong>
\nIn 2015, the industrial sector may again prove to be an overachiever. Expanding consumer confidence is driving retail demand, which is helping to backfill existing inventory and promote new development. As in other areas, industrial occupancy is getting a boost from a modest level of new development.<\/p>\n
