Comstock Homes of Washington, LC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Comstock Holding Cos., the community\u2019s developer, recently announced the start of construction for a new phase of the development. Named the Estates of Falls Grove, it calls for the construction of 19 more single-family detached homes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a news release, the developer said the first phase of Falls Grove was a great success, proving to be popular with both young families and retirees. The strong sales of the Roxbury and Latham townhome models convinced\u00a0 Comstock to begin work earlier on the new phase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comstock started selling the single-family homes in late November. The Estates of Falls Grove will feature the new Savoy, Chatham and Keswick models. Homes will range in size between 2,200 and 3,000 square feet, and will offer three to five bedrooms and two or three baths and a powder room. Prices will start in the $450,000s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Work has already started on the final section of townhomes in the first phase of Falls Grove. Once complete, it will consist of 110 townhome-style condominiums, ranging in size from 1,600 to 1,900 square feet. These homes are priced from the high $200,000s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSales of the townhomes in the first phase of Falls Grove have been strong because of the award-winning designs and the strong value proposition,\u201d Dennis Kelleher, division president of Comstock Homes of Washington, said in a statement. \u201dWith our new line of unique single-family homes, we expect sales in this newest phase of the Falls Grove community to be strong, as well.
