Miami Worldcenter will soon be adding Paramount Worldcenter, a 60-story condominium that will sit above retail giants Macy\u2019s and\u00a0Bloomingdale\u2019s\u00a0in Miami\u2019s noteworthy mixed-use complex.<\/p>\n

\u201cNowhere in the world offers a location like Paramount Miami Worldcenter. Residents will be just an elevator ride away from a multitude of vibrant shops, restaurants, cultural and entertainment attractions,\u201d Daniel Kodsi, RPC Holdings\u2019 principal & CEO, who is handling development duties on the condo project, told Commercial Property Executive<\/i>. \u201cOur focus in designing the Paramount Miami Worldcenter residences has always been with the end-user in mind. We want to cultivate a luxury living experience where our residents have access to the world\u2019s premier amenities in an urban pedestrian-friendly environment.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 706-foot high-rise will consist of 466 city- and bay- view residences, and be adorned with a large amenity deck, cascading gardens and infinity pools and crowned with a sleek four-story rooftop deck, designed to mirror the architectural accents of an Italian yacht.<\/p>\n

As the signature tower of Miami Worldcenter, Paramount\u2019s location will offer unparalleled access to professional sporting events, concerts, ballets, museum tours and more\u2014all within a short walkable radius.<\/p>\n

The property is just steps from Biscayne Bay and flanked by cultural landmarks, such as the\u00a0American Airlines Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center and the P\u00e9rez Art Museum Miami. It will be within walking distance of the new Marriott Marquis World Convention Center Hotel and All Aboard Florida\u2019s Grand Central Station, and just minutes from Miami International Airport and the beaches.<\/p>\n
