\"\"<\/a> Hogan Assessment Systems Inc. has broken ground on a $15 million headquarters at the northeast corner of First Street and Greenwood Avenue in Tulsa. The personality testing firm will move to the 35,000-square-foot building next summer, according to the Tulsa World<\/a><\/em>, Hogan’s current headquarters is located at 2622 E. 21st Street.<\/p>\n

Designed by Tulsa-based Selser Schaefer Architects of Tulsa, the building will incorporate a blend of historic and modern elements. One side will reflect the city\u2019s industrial heritage, while the other will pay homage to the historic architecture of the Greenwood District.<\/p>\n

Hogan\u2019s new headquarters will feature a green roof and 70 geothermal wells, ample meeting space, and a rooftop patio with a catering kitchen, among other amenities. Ted Osgood of the American Commercial Group is the developer of record, while Flintco is supervising construction.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we set out to design a new headquarters, we wanted something that would be more than a place to put our growing staff,\u201d Hogan COO Aaron Tracy said. \u201cWe wanted to build something of architectural significance that would anchor the east end of downtown.\u201d<\/p>\n

The project is slated for completion in August 2015, and Hogan Assessments will be the building\u2019s sole occupant.<\/p>\n
