Kithchell is also responsible for development of the retail section.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located at the southeast corner of First Avenue and Oracle Road and features eight floor plans with up to three bedrooms. The largest floor plan is 1560 square feet in size, and the average size is around 1,100 square feet, making the Villas at San Dorado the community with some of the most spacious apartments in Southern Arizona. It also features a state of the art 4,000-square-foot fitness facility that is unique in the area. Further amenities include a spinning studio, virtual personal trainers, a cyber caf\u00e9 with Mac and PC options, and a Mark-Taylor trademark lagoon-style pool. Interiors of the rental units offer some exclusive additions such as kitchen islands, custom wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, distressed plank flooring, dual-vanity sinks and pendant lighting.
