Salisbury in West Lafayette, on a site previously occupied by IU Health Arnett.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insideindianabusiness.com\/newsitem.asp?ID=66617&amp;Image.x=25&amp;Image.y=14\" rel=\"nofollow\">Inside Indiana Business<\/a><\/em>, the Terraces of Westminster Village project, for which pre-sales have begun, entails an investment of $36 million.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion, the facility will offer an all-new living option nicknamed &#8220;hybrid homes,&#8221; which combines the advantages of single family home and apartment living.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These 54 new living options&#8211;18 in each building&#8211;combine the best of a single-family home, because of their size and amenities, and apartment living, because residents will enjoy worry-free living, leaving the grounds care, monthly housekeeping service, and interior and exterior maintenance to us,&#8221; said Dawn Walker, director of sales and marketing.<\/p>\n<p>The Terraces of Westminster Village will consist of three buildings, each with an enclosed parking garage with electric vehicle recharging stations, storage for residents, a multi-functional terrace at the top for outdoor enjoyment, and a variety of amenities, including a 24,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center offering exercise equipment, group classes and educational programs.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our residents like to keep active and stay healthy, and this will be a center for achieving and maintaining their health goals,&#8221; Walker added.<\/p>\n<p>The new luxury homes will range in size from 1,655 square feet to 2,095 square feet. Each will have 9-foot interior ceilings, a large balcony or patio, a four-season room and a gas log fireplace. Other interior features include high-end countertops and flooring, washer and dryer, and multi-purpose kitchen island.<\/p>\n<p>Residents also have the option of purchasing a dining plan, additional housekeeping services, home security system, laundry services and other amenities, including gas cook tops, Jacuzzi tubs, heated bathroom floors, crown molding and custom closet built-ins. And since the homes are not yet built, they can also select lighting, countertops, cabinets, appliances and flooring.<\/p>\n<p>Westminster Village first opened in 1976 as a continuing-care community.
