The purchase of the 274-unit Antioch community brings BH\u2019s Nashville portfolio to 1,038 units, after the company shelled out $51.2 million on three other metro Nashville communities formerly owned by Grover Corlew, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.multihousingnews.com\/newsletters\/propertymanagement-newsletter\/mhnpmnewstopstories\/bh-management-buys-764-nashville-apartments-for-52m\/1004105708.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">as previously reported<\/a><\/em>. In an echo of the previous three deals, Apartment Realty Advisors Scott Tyrone represented the seller, which retained management and ownership of one Nashville apartment, the 371-unit Overlook Estates.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 149 Hickory Hollow Terrace, Abbington Heights features 274 one- and two-bedroom apartments of 608 to 1,046 square feet.  Amenities include a resort style swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, barbecue and picnic area, cardio fitness center and controlled access.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_284432\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 191px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/08\/One_nashville_place.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-284432 \" title=\"One Nashville Place\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/08\/One_nashville_place.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"181\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">One Nashville Place<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In other news, One Nashville Place, downtown Nashville\u2019s eight largest office high-rise has been put on the market by owner Triple Net Properties,  the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/nashville\/blog\/real-estate\/2014\/08\/downtown-high-rise-one-nashville-place-hits-the.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">Nashville Business Journal<\/a> <\/em>reports. Referred to as the R2D2 building due to its resemblance to the beloved Star Wars character, the 393,328-square-foot downtown office high-rise is being marketed for sale by CBRE Inc.\u2019s Nashville and Atlanta offices. Leasing is also handled by CBRE\u2019s local offices, however at a 99.5 occupancy rate, available space is scarce in One Nashville Place.
