The $30 million Wharf Parcel 11B \u2013 625 Water Street at Waterfront Park project represents the first collaboration between the two companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PN Hoffman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.multihousingnews.com\/cities\/washington-dc\/pn-hoffman-plans-to-bring-108-condos-to-d-c-s-southwest-waterfront\/1004105030.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><em>announced<\/em><\/a> its plans to redevelop the St. Augustine\u2019s Church site at the start of July. However, at that time it did not disclose the cost of the project, the date of the groundbreaking or the name of the company selected to construct the new building.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Balfour Beatty will break ground later this month on the five-story,\u00a0 105,000-square-foot building. It will have 108 condo residences, an entrance lobby, a landscaped courtyard, a club room, a private rooftop and a courtyard, as well as below-grade parking with space for 94 vehicles. SK&amp;I Architectural Design Group was the project\u2019s architect. The developers hope to complete the new building in January 2016. Condo sales are scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe feel privileged to build a world-class building for such a prestigious client,\u201d David Laib, senior vice president of Balfour Beatty Construction, said in a statement for the press. \u201cIt is our hope that The Wharf Parcel 11B is the first of many opportunities to work with PN Hoffman.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">625 Water St. is part of the new $1.5 billion Southwest Waterfront mixed-use project developed by Hoffman Madison Waterfront LLC, a joint venture between PN Hoffman &amp; Associates and Madison Marquette.
