Coventry Homes announced its return to the region with its line of luxury production homes, with plans for six new communities encompassing approximately 400 sites that will be made available by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/08\/CoventrySA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-281025\" title=\"CoventrySA\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/08\/CoventrySA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>\u201cDuring the recession, there wasn\u2019t great demand for luxury homes in master-planned communities in San Antonio, so we only continued building Coventry homes through our Build on Your Lot program,\u201d said sales manager Ken Gezella. \u201cWith the resurgence of the housing market, however, the demand for luxury homes has returned, and it seemed only natural for us to bring back Coventry\u2019s exclusive designs to fill that demand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The six communities are planned as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Stillwater Ranch is a development in the Northside Independent School District northwest of San Antonio with an array of amenities. This community marked Coventry\u2019s reentry into the local housing market. The builder has 39 home sites in the community, with prices starting at $300,000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Woods of Boerne is a gated community with spacious, wooded home sites proximate to Boerne\u2019s downtown historic district, thus close to retail shops, antiques shops, art galleries and more. Completion of the model home is targeted for fall, and with presales ongoing, the first homes are scheduled to go online in early winter. The builder has 79 home sites, and buyers can select from 10 customizable floor plans, with prices starting at $320,000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kinder Ranch is one of the two communities that Coventry will enter this fall. The builder will have 40 home sites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Rhine Valley is the other community Coventry plans to enter this fall. The builder will have 30 home sites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Coronado is one of the two communities that will begin presales this winter. The builder will have 123 home sites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Highland Estates is the other community in which Coventry will begin presales later this year. The builder will have 103 home sites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cOur luxury home designs will be showcased in each of these communities and will be completely different from other builders\u2019 designs because we allow people to truly customize their homes,\u201d Gezella said. \u201cCoventry buyers aren\u2019t limited to a set of structural options or design features.
