The building offers about 676,000 square feet of high-bay warehouse and manufacturing space as well as 100,000 square feet of mezzanine space. It also includes about 95,000 square feet of attached Class A office space, 60 dock doors with levellers, three oversized drive-in doors,\u00a0 as well as 1,100 standard parking spaces and approximately 50 trailer parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to a statement from JLL, the facility is available for Foreign Trade Zone status as well for other state, city and port-related incentives. The property offers convenient access to the Port of Virginia, Norfolk International Airport and Interstate 64.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The JLL team handling the assignment includes Senior Vice President Deborah Stearns, Associate Director Gregg Christoffersen and Managing Director Mark Levy. &#8220;There are no other properties in the Mid-Atlantic Region offering this size and quality for immediate occupancy,&#8221; Stearns remarked.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Levy added, &#8220;With the expansion of the port and vacancy in the market&#8217;s Class A industrial product now down to 5.7 percent, we anticipate strong tenant reaction to this space availability.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the largest high-quality industrial complex in the Mid-Atlantic Region is now on the market.
