\"\"<\/a>Model homes have recently opened in Crescent Communities\u2019 220-acre master-planned community Lockwood Glen, announced the Charlotte-based developer. Located in Nashville\u2019s historic Franklin suburb, one of the hottest submarkets in metro Nashville, the 220-acre master-planned community of Lockwood Glen is located close to Franklin\u2019s business district and a short drive from downtown Nashville.<\/p>\n

Located off the I-65 corridor, a mile south of Murfreesboro Road, Lockwood Glen comprises 384 single-family home sites. Crescent Communities acquired the land in late 2012, announcing plans to develop 384 single family homes and 240 apartment units, as previously reported<\/em>.<\/a> Nashville-based home builders Celebration Homes, Goodall Homes and Regent Homes committed to purchase the community\u2019s first phase in early 2013. Overall, homes range between 1,800 and 4,500 square feet in size with prices ranging between the $200s and $500s. Regent Homes\u2019 houses come in three- and four-bedroom configurations, ranging between 2,121 and 3,101 square feet and $316,900 and $454,900. Goodall Homes offers three-, four- and five-bedroom homes ranging between 2,070 and 4,165 square feet, selling for prices starting at $361,990 and going up to $456,990 for a five-bedroom four-bath house with two garages, covered patio, bonus room, flex room and loft.<\/p>\n

The architecture of all the homes draws inspiration from Franklin\u2019s historic vibe, creating a classic small town atmosphere. Community amenities include nature trails, 4,000 feet of frontage along Harpeth River, a 12-acre lake for fishing and canoeing, and expansive green areas. A resort-style swimming pool, playground, lakeside pavilion and pocket parks are also planned.<\/p>\n

Brentwood, TN-based Pearl Street Partners LLC is the project manager.<\/p>\n

Crescent Communities has been busy in the greater Nashville Area recently, kicking off preleasing at the 252-unit Crescent Cool Springs apartment community last week (Details here<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n
