The latter did not use a broker in the transaction, while the seller was represented by Brett Kingman, a director in Multi Housing Advisors\u2019 (MHA) Atlanta office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Built in 1973, Green Leaf at Hermitage comprises one, two- and three-bedroom units and amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, business center, picnic area and playground. The buyer is planning upgrades to both the interiors and exteriors of the low-rise property.<\/p>\n<p>Green Leaf Partners acquired the 43,088-square-foot, 20-acre community in 2008 for $12.5 million, according to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=116371769\" rel=\"nofollow\">PropertyShark.com<\/a>\u2019s <\/em>data.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_268828\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 234px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/06\/Estates-at-Brentwood.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-268828\" title=\"Estates at Brentwood\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/06\/Estates-at-Brentwood.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Estates at Brentwood<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In other apartment news, the 254-unit Estates at Brentwood has been put on the market by current owner Merion Realty Partners and is expected to sell within three months, reports the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/nashville\/blog\/2014\/06\/a-raritybrentwood-apartment-complex-hits-the.html?page=all\" rel=\"nofollow\">Nashville Business Journal.<\/a><\/em> The garden-style apartment community is listed with Vincent Lefler, senior vice president of JLL\u2019s Southeast Multi-Family Capital Markets Group. Lefler described the property to the <em>Nashville Business Journal<\/em> as a \u201csuper-exclusive high-end listing\u201d that could very well set a new record in its age category.<\/p>\n<p>The 20-year-old gated community is comprised of one-, two and three-bedroom apartments ranging between 851 and 1,407 square feet in size.
