Dubbed \u201cApartments at the Mill,\u201d the residential project will be built on a vacant, 2.4-acre site and is part of a larger redevelopment plan to transform the derelict Knitting Mill Area into a new, dynamic neighborhood that is expected to ease the strong housing demand in Burlington County\u2019s oldest city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Overall, the new apartment complex located at 505 Mitchell Avenue will have 65 affordable rental units in a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that will be housed in five, three-story multifamily buildings constructed at the site. According to the <em><a title=\"Burlington County Times\" href=\"https:\/\/www.burlingtoncountytimes.com\/news\/communities\/burlington\/blighted-burl-city-area-slated-for-affordable-housing\/article_82c62b59-c5ef-50f9-8535-c0a4dfb1dc33.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Burlington County Times<\/a>, <\/em>construction at<em> <\/em>the Apartments at the Mill will be completed this fall. Leasing of the units is expected to begin in spring 2015, with monthly rents ranging from $300 to $1,000 depending on the income, the news source said.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_265493\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/05\/Knitting-Mill-Burlington-NJ.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-265493\" title=\"Knitting Mill Structure on Mitchell Avenue - Burlington NJ\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/05\/Knitting-Mill-Burlington-NJ.jpg\" alt=\"Knitting Mill Structure on Mitchell Avenue - Burlington NJ\" width=\"300\" height=\"221\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Knitting Mill Structure on Mitchell Avenue &#8211; Burlington NJ<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The development site includes an abandoned, 11,000-square-foot textile mill (pictured at right) that was last occupied by the Raffino Knitting Corp.
