The Illinois-based seller was represented by CBRE\u2019s Memphis Multifamily Division. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphisdailynews.com\/news\/2014\/apr\/16\/digest\/#86091\" ><em>The Memphis Daily News<\/em><\/a>, the new owner filed a $3.4 million deed of trust through JPMorgan Chase Bank NA.<\/p>\n<p>According to <em>The Memphis Daily News<\/em>, the 305 South Bellevue Boulevard apartment tower comprises 84 one-bedroom and 34 two-bedroom units. According to The Pinnacle Apartments\u2019 website, units range between 640 and 1,006 square feet and rent at rates between $635 and $760 per month.  Community amenities include gated and covered parking, swimming pool, fitness center, a laundry facility and extra storage. All units feature balconies and appliances.<\/p>\n<p>The Pinnacle Apartments is CLK\u2019s second Memphis apartment community acquisition in 2014. The Woodbury, N.Y.-based firm picked up Georgian Woods Apartments in mid-March.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_255560\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/04\/Georgian-Woods-Apartments.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-255560\" title=\"Georgian Woods Apartments\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2014\/04\/Georgian-Woods-Apartments.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"157\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Georgian Woods Apartments<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThere are great things happening in Midtown Memphis, including significant economic redevelopment (\u2026) We look forward to continued growth in the area,\u201d CLK Properties CEO Craig Koenigsberg commented at the time.
