The property is set to become the first IHG hotel to open in Siegen, a popular university town in Germany with more than 100,000 inhabitants.\u00a0 Located on an intersection in the center of the city, within walking distance of the main rail station, the hotel is scheduled to open towards the end of 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The second hotel will be a newly constructed 213-room Holiday Inn D\u00fcsseldorf &#8211; Toulouser Allee. The opening of the hotel, scheduled for 2016, will mark the Holiday Inn brand\u2019s return to D\u00fcsseldorf. It will operate under a franchise agreement with existing MDA partner Arcadia Hotelbetriebs GmbH. Arcadia currently operates Holiday Inn Munich South, Holiday Inn Express G\u00fctersloh, Holiday Inn Express Osnabr\u00fcck and Holiday Inn Salzburg.
