West Industrial Park in Findlay Township. The Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern PA is building out the space, which should be ready for occupancy this summer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">SDC Nutrition has outgrown its current location within the park, where it employs 25 people. The five-year-old company which specializes in manufacturing powdered sports nutrition products will be hiring another 15 team members throughout 2014. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Allegheny County Economic Development is assisting SDC Nutrition\u2019s expansion by providing an Economic Development Administration loan of $220,000 for the acquisition of state-of-the-art equipment. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cSDC Nutrition\u2019s decision to locate in RIDC Park West is another example of the investment and growth in the Airport Corridor,\u201d County Executive Rich Fitzgerald said in a news release. \u201cWe look forward to the company\u2019s continued growth in the coming years and hope to see them expand even more in the future.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">In other news, the <em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.post-gazette.com\/business\/2014\/02\/12\/Post-Gazette-signs-lease-for-printing-plant-and-distribution-center-in-Clinton\/stories\/201402120151\" rel=\"nofollow\" >Pittsburgh Post-Gazette<\/a><\/em> has announced it will relocate its printing production and distribution functions from 34 Boulevard of the Allies in downtown Pittsburgh to the former Flabeg Solar U.S. Corp. manufacturing facility in the Clinton Industrial Park in Findlay Township. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The newspaper has signed a lease with the Buncher Co. to occupy the 245,000-square-foot plant starting April. Production at the facility, which was built for the German solar panel manufacturer, ceased last spring. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Post-Gazette will move about 175 employees to the Findlay building, which will also feature 30,000 square feet of office space, showers and a gym.
