Over his career, he has executed transactions in all major property categories with values ranging from just under a million to in excess of $55 million.<\/p>\n<p>According to McCoy, his two terms as a Miami-Dade municipal mayor has served him well in his commercial real estate career. As was his leadership on the Miami Shores Village council, which ran from 2003 to 2007, and a current four-year term which started in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe years of community leadership have provided me a critical understanding of the regional market developments and trends, as well as a broad range of relational resources that have been of significant benefit,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>CBC Alliance Miami is the sixth major market location and the first foray into the Southeastern U.S. region for the company, backed by leading New York City-based investment manager Waterfall Asset Management. Since its launch in Manhattan in 2012, the company has been expanding at a rapid pace with offices in major national markets including L.A., Orange County, Denver and Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>The CBC Alliance Miami office will offer a full spectrum of real estate brokerage services for investors and small to mid-cap corporate users of commercial real estate.
