step forward. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">According to the <em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.providencejournal.com\/breaking-news\/content\/20130114-firm-chosen-to-broker-former-route-195-land.ece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Providence Journal<\/a>, <\/em>the Route 195 Redevelopment District Commission has retained Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market 17 parcels reclaimed by the city after the relocation of the I-195 highway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Totaling 19 acres, the land is part of The LINK, a 41-acre site that officials say could support 3 million square feet of office, retail, residential and hospitality development. An 8-acre city park and a distinctive pedestrian bridge are also part of the plan. Those projects have full funding and will be complete in 2015-2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The commission is preparing a request for information for developers and businesses.
