The firm joins CBC Alliance with a brokerage portfolio exceeding 3 million square feet of properties. &#8220;The TSO group is an important addition to our organization,&#8221; Obie said. &#8220;They bring the talent and expertise to enhance our already strong New York City team of professionals.&#8221; TSO&#8217;s three partners, Catherine O&#8217;Toole, Stephen Tarter, and Nora Stats, have made the move to the CBC Alliance team, as have seven brokers.<\/p>\n<p>With the completion of the TSO merger, CBC Alliance finds itself ahead of schedule with its growth strategy in New York City. The brokerage company&#8217;s next move there will involve building an investment sales division.<\/p>\n<p>CBC Alliance&#8217;s focus this year, however, extends beyond the Big Apple. Earlier this month, t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/headlines\/avison-young-buys-psb-scm-merges-with-coldwell-banker\/\">he firm announced that it had increased its footprint in metropolitan Dallas\/Fort Worth through a merger with Arlington, Texas-based SCM Real Estate Services<\/a>. And there&#8217;s more to come in 2014. Chicago, San Francisco, Boston and Washington, D.C., are on CBC Alliance&#8217;s expansion list. Good choices.
