The group has already worked with Hotel Equities. The 145-room La Quinta Inn &amp; Suites Pittsburgh North in western Pennsylvania was the companies\u2019 first joint project.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff Palla, senior vice president Operations at La Quinta Inns &amp; Suites said, \u201cBuilding on an already strong partnership, we will look forward to more cooperative opportunities in the future.\u201d The new 256-room augmentation includes La Quinta Inn &amp; Suites Clearwater South, La Quinta Inn &amp; Suites St. Petersburg Northeast, La Quinta Inn &amp; Suites Tampa Central and La Quinta Inn &amp; Suites Tampa South.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the addition, Hotel Equities is presently managing a total of 10 Florida hotels. \u201cIt gives us great flexibility and synergy here,<em>\u201d <\/em>said Vice President of Business Development Joe Reardon in a statement. \u201cWe are working with our ownership group to optimize opportunities and add value to these well-positioned Tampa hotel assets.\u00a0 We are excited about even more growth in South Florida in the near future,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p><em>Photo credits: La Quinta Worldwide\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hotel Equities, an Atlanta-based full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm has been selected to manage four La Quinta Inn &amp; Suites hotels in the greater Tampa metro area.
