Greatest Accomplishments: <\/i>In just three years, Williams has <\/i>completed more than 500 tenant rep office transactions totaling almost 16 million square feet. His three-person team closed 2.1 million square feet of leased space valued at $10 million in 2012. In 2013, he added 11 new brokers and expanded the office\u2019s scope geographically and in number of product sectors. \u201cWe are better equipped to serve our clients than ever before, which at the end of the day is always priority one,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Best Advice Received: <\/i>His father, who was a coach, has always told him to be consistent. He has applied that advice to the business world in how he consistently treats his clients and colleagues, delivers his business and adds value on a daily basis.<\/i><\/p>\n

Secrets to Success<\/i>: \u201cI just do what so many other businesspeople I know try to do, and that\u2019s to provide valuable, honest and ethical services.\u201d<\/p>\n

Greatest Challenges<\/em>: Time management so he can serve his clients and his family at the highest level possible.<\/p>\n

Advice to Others<\/i>: <\/i>Early in his career, Williams was encouraged to react to clients and colleagues as though his actions were going to be published in the newspaper the next day. \u201cIf you do what\u2019s right, what\u2019s ethical and what\u2019s best for your clients, you\u2019ll get a great reward out of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

What Others Say About Him: <\/i>Colleague <\/i>John Pierson, managing director of tenant representation for Jones Lang LaSalle in Phoenix, has watched him grow since 2001 as a \u201cgreat tenant broker\u201d and now a market leader for his team. Pierson called Williams a \u201cgood leader who is out on the forefront establishing new client relationships. He\u2019s a really good businessperson and really good at what he does.\u201d<\/p>\n
