Now, Westminster-Thurber plans a $30 million addition just north of Downtown Columbus. OPRS broke ground for the project Dec. 4 at 717 Neil Ave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Residents can choose from eight different floor plans for one- and two-bedroom units. Ranging in size from 1,140 to 2,000 square feet, the apartments will feature open layouts, four-season sun rooms, balconies, fully equipped kitchens, individually controlled heating and air conditioning and laundry facilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Community amenities include concierge services, a heated underground garage, a community center and a rooftop terrace. An indoor walkway will link Goodale Landing to the existing campus. Also on tap are a new indoor heated pool and a new dining venue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Monthly rents at Goodale Landing will start from $2,450, with an entrance fee of $175,000.
