Interior finishes include wood floors, stainless steel gas appliances, granite countertops, roller shades and Nest \u201clearning\u201d thermostats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, oversize pool deck, show kitchen and large club room with elevated outdoor patio overlooking the lake, along with more than 22,000 square feet of retail planned for the ground floor. Additionally, the community will feature a pet-friendly environment with an on-site wash station, as well as kayak and bike storage and covered apartment-level parking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pre-leasing is expected to start in the fall of 2014, with occupancy anticipated to begin in early 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The general contractor for One Lake\u2019s Edge is HOAR Construction, based in Houston.
