Indianapolis Star headquarters in downtown Indianapolis. According to the <em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibj.com\/drugstore-slated-for-redeveloped-star-property\/PARAMS\/article\/43413\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Indianapolis Business Journal<\/a><\/em>, the developer has asked the city for a variance that would allow for a drugstore drive-through at the site. A decision is expected by October.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Besides the ground-level retail component, TWG\u2019s mixed-use project will include 500 apartments in three buildings. Two of the structures already exist, while the third will be developed at the corner of Delaware and New York streets. Construction is expected to begin in November, the newspaper reports. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">In May, TWG purchased the 190,000-square-foot property at 307 N. Pennsylvania Street and its 500-space parking garage from Star\u2019s parent company, Virginia-based Gannett Co. Upon completion, the Pulliam Square project is set to become one of the largest residential developments in downtown Indianapolis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">In regional news, <em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/newsandtribune.com\/clarkcounty\/x789527124\/New-Hope-Services-acquires-Indiana-apartments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">News and Tribune<\/a><\/em> reports that New Hope Services Inc. has acquired the 45-unit Duck Creek Apartment complex in Elwood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Developed in 2002, the property is a multifamily Section 42 affordable housing community with two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The complex is located three miles away from the Forest Glen Senior Apartments, also owned by New Hope Services. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cWe are very pleased to be able to include Duck Creek in our affordable housing program,\u201d James A.
