Since then, Forrester has had a full plate, overseeing investment, development and operational activities; managing the company&#8217;s day-to-day administration; and assisting in maintaining client relationships. He has also worked side-by-side with ConAm Founder and chairman Dan Epstein on outlining the company&#8217;s strategic direction.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Brad has provided outstanding leadership to ConAm during his almost 20 years of service&#8221;, Epstein said in a prepared statement.\u00a0&#8220;The ConAm group has grown to be one of the premier providers of real estate services under his guidance.<\/p>\n<p>ConAm has tapped Korn\/Ferry International to spearhead the search for a new CEO. Forrester will officially depart at the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I know Brad will be successful in whatever he chooses to do going forward,&#8221; said Epstein, who will step into the CEO shoes until a replacement is found.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ConAm Group of Companies will soon lose its CEO.
