According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/pacific\/news\/2013\/08\/19\/about-80-of-units-taken-as-sales.html?iana=ind_rre\"><em>Pacific Business News<\/em><\/a>, about 60 percent of the 397 units in the 43-story high-rise known as The Collection were sold during the opening sales weekend.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was very busy and we\u2019re certainly pleased with the activity,\u201d A&amp;B Properties Senior Vice President of Development Rick Stack told the newspaper. \u201cWe still have a lot of good units available. We\u2019ve still got a ways to go.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new tower will be developed on a former CompUSA site. Architects Pappageorge Haymes Partners, Design Partners and interior design firm Philpotts Interiors are part of the development team, while Heyer &amp; Associates serves as the project\u2019s exclusive broker.<\/p>\n<p>Prices start in the high $300,000s for one-bedroom units, the mid-$500,000s for two-bedroom units and the mid-$700,000s for three-bedroom units. Amenities will include a pool, outdoor lounge, fitness center, club room and private dog park within the tower.<\/p>\n<p>The $200 million development will also feature a four-story structure with about 50 apartments, 16 two- and three-bedroom townhomes, as well as retail shops and restaurants.
