The walkable development site is 10 minutes from Albuquerque International Sunport and 20 minutes from downtown.  <a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2013\/07\/Twilight-Homes-Albuquerque.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-153075\" title=\"Twilight Homes Albuquerque\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2013\/07\/Twilight-Homes-Albuquerque.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Multiple homebuilders have enrolled in the project, including Rachel Matthew Homes, Pulte Homes and RayLee Homes. Now Twilight Homes has joined the development team, reports <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/albuquerque\/news\/2013\/07\/23\/twilight-homes-enters-mesa-del-sol.html?iana=ind_rre\" rel=\"nofollow\">Albuquerque Business First<\/a>. The company focuses on maximizing energy savings and keeping heating and cooling loss at a minimum through a mixture of design elements, building practices and appliances selection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis product is more accessible to people looking for a lower price point that want to live at Mesa del Sol,\u201d said Vincent Pizzonia, one of Twilight\u2019s owners. \u201cWe are providing semi-custom touches at a much lower price point than people are accustomed to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Twilight Homes has two projects planned for Mesa de Sol: Tribeca Series and Oasis Series, both single-family homes developments. Tribeca is located at nine home sites across from the Aperture Center park of Mesa del Sol and received gold certification from Build Green New Mexico for the solar panels and other energy-saving features. The sizes of the homes start at 1,720 square feet, and the interiors are \u201chighly amenitized,\u201d promises Pizzonia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Construction for the Oasis Series is scheduled to begin later this summer.
