{"id":1004080554,"date":"2013-07-19T16:15:57","date_gmt":"2013-07-20T00:15:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/?p=149647"},"modified":"2022-12-08T21:39:43","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T05:39:43","slug":"the-grove-at-isleworth-kicks-off-2nd-phase-adds-new-tenants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/the-grove-at-isleworth-kicks-off-2nd-phase-adds-new-tenants\/","title":{"rendered":"The Grove at Isleworth Kicks Off 2nd Phase, Adds New Tenants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">By Georgiana Mihaila, Associate Editor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Owner Tavistock Development Company decided to celebrate The Grove at Isleworth\u2019s success by doubling the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/mixed-use\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mixed-use<\/a> center\u2019s space.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2013\/07\/The-Grove-at-Isleworth.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-149648\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2013\/07\/The-Grove-at-Isleworth.jpg\" alt=\"The Grove at Isleworth, Windermere, Florida\" width=\"300\" height=\"171\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After recently signing well-known Orlando favorites Dexter\u2019s and Jeremiah\u2019s Italian Ice and hot new concepts BurgerFi and Marilyn Monroe Spa at the Windermere shopping center, Tavistock announced its plans for an 82,000-square-foot second phase to accommodate the new tenants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This will more than double the space of the mixed-use center located at the corner of Conroy-Windermere and Apopka-Vineland roads\u2014which opened in 2011 with 80,000 square feet of space. The second phase will add two new buildings, set to feature retail and restaurant space at the ground level, and medical and professional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">office <\/a>space on the second. The new buildings will be located in an open-air, tree-lined plaza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cali Chic Boutique, Salt Scene and Soul Mates Boutique have also shown interest in the new space added by the second phase of the development, and will join the current list of tenants that includes LA Fitness, Panera Bread, J.P.
