The Class A property is currently leased to multiple tenants and is anchored by JPMorgan Chase Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Neuhaus Tower is centrally located within downtown and the building has great access as it is within close proximity to the various amenities that the McAllen CBD offers.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction falls right in line with Cielo Realty Partners\u2019 acquisition strategy, which focuses on opportunistic investments in assets that have the potential to be repositioned so that value can be created in the project.<\/p>\n<p>In just three short years, Cielo Realty Partners has acquired more than $75 million in real estate assets including multiple retail centers, office buildings and infill land across Texas.\u00a0In April, it purchased the Swift Building, the Day Building and the McKean-Eilers Building, located at 315, 319 and 323 Congress Ave., respectively.<\/p>\n<p>According to Agnew, Cielo will bring a local ownership presence to the table and draw on its experience owning other Rio Grande Valley assets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey have several creative ideas for the vacancies and will put forth a capital plan in coordination with feedback from the tenancy,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The HFF investment sales team also included senior managing director Dan Miller.\u00a0HFF\u2019s debt placement team was led by associate director Corby Chaffin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cielo Realty Partners has purchased Neuhaus Tower, a 17-story, 243,000-square-foot office tower in McAllen, Texas, from an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management for an undisclosed amount.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":451,"featured_media":1004080349,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21783,21742,21747],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1004080345","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-investment","category-latest","category-office"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.0 (Yoast SEO v28.0) -
