The sale price was not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 7317 South Platte River Parkway, Alta Aspen Grove opened in June 2011, and was designed to be eco-friendly, transit-oriented and packed with high-end amenities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlta Aspen Grove is one of the finest suburban multi-family properties in Denver,\u201d David Martin, Moran &amp; Co.\u2019s managing partner, said in a company statement. \u201cIt is LEED certified (first suburban multi-family deal to earn that designation in Denver) and has some of the best finishes to be found in suburban product.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The gated community features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, washer\/dryers, functional cooktop island kitchens, track lighting, walk-in closets, interior crown molding, balconies, three-sided gas fireplaces and unparalleled mountain views.<\/p>\n<p>Community amenities include a resort style pool and spa, outdoor lounge and fireplace, cyber cafe, and revolutionary fitness center. \u00a0It also offers a pet-friendly ambiance, including an onsite dog wash and bark park.<\/p>\n<p>Alta Aspen Grove is situated on 17.5 acres near the Mineral Light Rail Station, the Carson Nature Reserve and the Aspen Grove Shopping Center, offering convenient access to both active outdoor recreation and an urban lifestyle.
