One of the top commercial and residential contractors in Albuquerque, One Call Service Inc., is making a big change in the home remodeling domain by trying to change as little as possible– through preservation of original architectural details. Ranked second highest by the Better Business Bureau, the company brings 25 years of combined experience and a GB98 license.\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

One of their most recent projects is the renovation of a historical property in Albuquerque. They have expanded a bathroom by 100 square feet including a custom shower with tile and glass enclosure, with an updated faucet and shower head for increased energy efficiency. New tile flooring, a fresh coat of paint throughout the room and a new textured ceiling completed the bathroom renovation. The project also included the building of a mother-in-law suite on the property to accommodate additional members of the family. The biggest challenge of the 600-square-foot studio, with an open floor plan that included a bathroom and a bedroom, was: maintaining the historical spirit of the original structure.<\/p>\n

Another project consisted of upgrading the exterior of a home for a single mom in Santa Fe. This included the installation of 1500 linear and 6 foot high coyote fence. Made from Spruce-Fir latillas (peeled sticks or limbs) incorporated into an all steel welded framework, the fence preserves the natural and rustic look of the property, keeping it secure and private at the same time.<\/p>\n
