The self-<a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2013\/04\/self-sotrage-metro-rent-and-occupancy-2012Q3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-117230\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2013\/04\/self-sotrage-metro-rent-and-occupancy-2012Q3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"256\" \/><\/a>storage facility features 56,125 square feet of net rentable space and amenities such as drive-up access, truck rental, moving supplies and outdoor storage.<\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cities\/memphis\/amsdell-acquires-five-self-storage-centers-stylecraft-signs-170k-sq-ft-lease\/\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a> to read about Amsdell\u2019s previous Memphis area purchases. Compass expects to continue expanding in its selected markets, including Memphis.<\/p>\n<p>In other news, the Baptist Memorial Medical Group Inc. has announced the purchase of a Collierville medical office building, reports <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphisdailynews.com\/news\/2013\/apr\/10\/digest\/#76171\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><em>The Memphis Daily News<\/em><\/a><\/strong>. The Class A facility, located at 400 East Market Blvd. was acquired for $4.4 million via a special warranty deed from Collierville Medical Center LLC. The asset, located on\u00a03.9-acres, was built in 1998 and features 39,635 square feet of medical office space. The Shelby County Assessor of Property valued it at $3.1 million in 2012.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphisdailynews.com\/news\/2013\/apr\/11\/digest\/#76201\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong><em>The Memphis Daily News <\/em><\/strong><\/a>also reported the transaction of a Cordova retail shopping center in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The 2002-built, 21,832-square-foot shopping center was purchased by an affiliate of Safeway Group Inc. for $1.8 million.
