It has the distinction of being named Best Suburban Office Park by TOBY twice.<span style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deerwood North is located in Jacksonville\u2019s corporate growth corridor of Southside Boulevard and J. Turner Butler Boulevard, at 4600 Touchton Road. The office park is comprised of four office buildings totaling nearly 500,000 rentable square feet and it\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">too has won accolades, being named a winner of NAIOP\u2019s Best Office Development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDeerwood North and South provided the opportunity to achieve critical mass in the Deerwood Submarket with a stable rent roll and quality tenancy,\u201d Christian Lee, lead CBRE broker on the transaction, said in a company statement.<\/p>\n<p>The buildings have a combined occupancy of approximately 93 percent, with major tenants such as JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity, Comcast, Adecco, Main Street America, Fortegra, Carolina Casualty and Arizona Chemical.<\/p>\n<p>According Michael Harrell, CBRE\u2019s senior vice president and Jacksonville market expert, Deerwood is one of the tightest submarkets in the state and is expected to see strong rent growth.<span style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>CBRE\u2019s Miami Institutional Group members, Lee, Foschini, Christopher Apone, and Amy Julian, with regional support from Vice Chairman Will Yowell and Harrell, collaborated to market the asset for sale and negotiate the transaction on behalf of the seller.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parkway Properties affiliate PKY Deerwood has acquired an eight-building, 1 MSF portfolio in Jacksonville from Flagler for $130 million.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":451,"featured_media":1004069002,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1591,21742,21747],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1004068999","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-jacksonville","category-latest","category-office"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.0 (Yoast SEO v28.0) -
