The 21-story residential tower, designed by Zeigler Cooper Architects, promises to deliver the most sophisticated set of amenities in the market. With initial occupancy slated for March 2014, The Sovereign has been designed to comply with LEED Silver standards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Work on Phase Two will start in late 2013, with Alamo Drafthouse Cinema having already officially announced its presence at the location.
