The project will progress in phases, based on demand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Located between NE Eighth\u00a0Street and 106<sup>th<\/sup> <a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2013\/01\/downtown-bellevue.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-95841\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2013\/01\/downtown-bellevue.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a>Avenue, next to the Pedestrian Corridor and \u00a0Key Bank, the site comprises five adjacent land parcels. According to the partnership, the earliest drafts of the plan call for a three-tower office complex on top of retail space.
