The tech giant has named local company Sellen Construction for the much-talked-about development in downtown Seattle, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/seattle\/blog\/techflash\/2012\/12\/amazon-says-sellen-will-build-first.html?iana=ind_cre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Puget Sound Business Journal<\/a> wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Sellen has handled a number of high-profile Seattle projects in the past, including the redevelopment of the PacMed Tower, which interestingly enough was Amazon\u2019s headquarters at the time it was finished, as well as the green and tech-laden Federal Way South redevelopment.
