Groundbreaking is scheduled for early next year and the dealership is expected to open in the fall of 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The Phoenix Business Journal reports that the group has also paid $7 million in late November for 75 acres across from University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale near Glendale Avenue and the Loop 101 freeway.
