Thanks to the project\u2019s prime location near hospitals, colleges and sports venues, the new Marriott hotel is expected to revitalize street activity and attract further hospitality developments to the area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Designed by Boston-based Group One Partners Inc. and set for completion in the summer of 2013, the new Marriott Residence Inn will feature a red brick fa\u00e7ade that blends with the surrounding architecture. According to the <em>Globe<\/em>, the hotel\u2019s only signature feature will be a rooftop swimming pool opening into a patio with a beautiful panorama of the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/03\/463_Beacon_Street_Boston.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-39850\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/03\/463_Beacon_Street_Boston.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a>In further hospitality news, the <em>Boston Business Journal<\/em> reports that the 463 Beacon St. Guest House in Boston\u2019s Back Bay was sold for $3.8 million to private investor Wenhua Jiang. The seller, Bernard Gelber, was represented in the transaction by Boston Realty Advisors.
