{"id":1004052990,"date":"2012-02-22T08:24:46","date_gmt":"2012-02-22T16:24:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/?p=36561"},"modified":"2020-04-08T10:36:36","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T18:36:36","slug":"opus-development-plans-new-luxury-apartments-in-central-platte-valley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/opus-development-plans-new-luxury-apartments-in-central-platte-valley\/","title":{"rendered":"Opus Development Plans New Luxury Apartments in Central Platte Valley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Gabriel Circiog, Associate Editor<\/p>\n<p>Opus Development Corporation recently unveiled plans to build a new, 10-story luxury apartment building in downtown Denver. <a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/02\/1490-Delgany-2012.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-36566\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/02\/1490-Delgany-2012.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"178\" \/><\/a>The plans call for a 285-unit community to be developed at 1490 Delgany St. in partnership with Amstar, a Denver real estate investment manager. Urban Market Partners of Denver will be working on the project as a co-developer.<\/p>\n<p>The design was created by Shears Adkins + Rockmore of Denver, while Opus AE Group Inc. is to be the architect of record. Jay Berry of CSG Group was the broker for the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>The project will feature 4,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, which may eventually be utilized by the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA). The building is designed to achieve LEED certification, and ground-breaking is expected for the spring of 2012.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Denver Business Journal<\/em> reports that this is just the latest multifamily development to emerge in the Central Platte Valley.
