A detailed list of properties\u2014ranging from town homes and building lots to multi-family propertis\u2014is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxspann.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">www.maxspann.com<\/a>. As these properties fall mostly in the affordable housing category, said Max Spann\u2019s Chief Operation Officer Bob Dann, they are a great opportunity for homeowners, builders and investors who wish to invest in Philadelphia and thus contribute to the city\u2019s economic growth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A series of informational sessions are scheduled before the auction as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 October 19, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at the Greater Grays Ferry Estates building<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 October 26, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at PHA\u2019s Warnock Center at 2862 Germantown Ave. in North Philadelphia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 November 2, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at the Greater Grays Ferry Estates building<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>PhillyBurbs.com <\/em>reports that construction is advancing at the new Bucks County justice building. The work began in July when contractors started cleaning the site to make sure that the actual construction would be done in a safe environment. Despite the fact that the development is questioned by many who think it should be scaled down, the new courthouse will be 285,000 square feet and it will cost around $84 million coming from public funds.
