Philadelphia Media Network will move into the new headquarters this summer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to a press statement, the lease was secured by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), which owns the iconic building that was once known as the Strawbridge &amp; Clothiers department store. Back in 2009 PREIT redeveloped the 927,931-square-foot property into a LEED Gold-certified, class A office and retail building whose anchor tenant is The Gallery at Market East, also owned by PREIT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Philadelphia Media Network\u2019s 600 employees will occupy the third floor of 801 Market Street, joining 700 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania workers and 1200 employees utilizing office space on seven upper floors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Citybizlist<\/em> reports that Chicago-based Green Courte Partners, LLC, is the new owner of the Arts Parking Garage in downtown Philadelphia\u2019s Arts District. Strategically located at the crossing of 15<sup>th<\/sup> and Spruce Streets, the Garage offers immediate access to nearby residential buildings, offices, restaurants, shops and cultural destinations.
