Local professionals speculate that the property could command $500 per square foot, or $272 million. The\u00a0 firm secured ownership of 333 Bush in 2009, when a Brookfield-controlled fund foreclosed on a $224 million note that the previous ownership had defaulted on. The property is 82 percent occupied. <a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/07\/333-bush-st.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-56629\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/07\/333-bush-st.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"166\" height=\"258\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Also expected to hit the market shortly are seven Bay Area properties and a vacant parcel designated for disposal by the U.S. Postal Service. The initiative is part of a nationwide strategy\u00a0that calls for selling Postal Service assets.
