We&#8217;re at the southern entrance to one of the nicest neighborhoods in town,&#8221; said Wood Partners development associate Todd Gaines. &#8220;The site is minutes from major employment centers in the Westchase District, the Galleria and the Energy Corridor, which makes it very attractive for a multifamily project.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The three-story building will feature a total of 256 units, ranging from studio to two-<a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/02\/Wood-Partners.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-37649\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/02\/Wood-Partners.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"265\" \/><\/a>bedroom apartment homes, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, under-mount sinks, subway tile backsplashes and vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and living areas. Washers and dryers will be included in each unit, as well as garden tubs in the bathrooms. The developer plans on equipping nearly half of the units with a technology package that is to include an in-wall iPod docking station and speakers mounted in the living rooms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Alta Woodlake Square common areas will feature two courtyards with a zero-entry pool, barbecue grills, an outdoor kitchen with TV, a fountain, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a club room with kitchen and bar area.
