Westland I is a 262,800-square-foot industrial building that was constructed in 2008, while Westland II, a 300,000-square-foot facility, was delivered in May 2011 as a speculative building. Both have modern warehouse features, including 28-foot clear heights, wide interior and dock bays, and numerous overhead doors, including drive-in doors.<a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/05\/Westland-II.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-49445\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/05\/Westland-II.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"165\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cDuke Realty worked with us so that we could expand our business and keep our operations close together,\u201d said Brad Kirchhofer, COO of Bray International. \u201cWestland Business Park I and II are both high-quality, modern industrial buildings with great highway access.
