Construction work recently began on Trisun Care Center Lakeside, a 42,000-square-foot nursing and rehabilitation facility. Developers Healthcare and Suntex Development L.L.C. expect it to open in the summer of 2012.<\/p>\n
The facility, designed by\u00a0San Antonio-based Metropolitan Contracting Company and Austin-based DFD Architects,\u00a0will be managed by Trisun, a subsidiary of Harden Healthcare, with 120 nursing and rehab beds and approximately 115 employees, plus 24-hour nursing care, according to the San Antonio Business Journal<\/em>.<\/p>\n In other interesting news, Ross Dress for Less leased 25,000 square feet of space at Windsor Park Centre in Windcrest, which is currently under renovation. The new store will open next year, the San Antonio Business Journal <\/em>reported.<\/p>\n The retail center consists of 200,000 square feet of leasable space and also includes such tenants as Michaels, Cavender\u2019s Boot City, Office Depot\u00a0and PetSmart.<\/p>\n The Park Centre is owned by Whitestone.
