The new tenants are Gray Interplant Systems and FCA Packaging, which have already signed on as tenants.<\/p>\n<p>Gray Interplant Systems will provide logistical support services, while FCA will package and crate finished engines for Caterpillar, according to <em>Area Development Online<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>The San Antonio Business Journal<\/em> reports that the two companies will hire a combined 65 employees to work in the warehouse, which will be located on a 26-acre tract west of an existing Caterpillar plant. And\u00a0<em>Area Development Online <\/em>said the complex will create more than $12.5 million in new capital investment.<\/p>\n<p><em>Seguin Gazette<\/em> reported that Guadalupe County and the Seguin City Council have approved tax abatements for the Dallas-based developer, with Bandera Ventures receiving a partial property tax abatement over a five-year period.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, FelCor Lodging Trust Inc. sold the\u00a0Holiday Inn San Antonio \u2013 Airport as part of a six-hotel portfolio sale to an undisclosed buyer, according to <em>Citybizlist.com<\/em>. The six hotels were purchased for $103 million. They include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Holiday Inn San Antonio-Airport<a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/04\/holiday-inn-SA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-42865\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2012\/04\/holiday-inn-SA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"238\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>The Sheraton Suites Ft.
